Vinbar på ÖG - Den Franska Treenigheten Vad är det som händer världen!!! Notre Dame har återuppstått och så även Vinbar på ÖG. Vi vill därmed servera allt som känns heligt för oss: den franska treenigheten Loire, Vouvray och Alsace. Ni kommer däremot bryta annat bröd än baguette, då det som gör Siri salig är dumplings. Det kommer alltså serveras mat från det icke landsspecifika området: Asien.
Kom till den sal som står oss närmast (biblioteket) för en kväll i gåvans tecken, då all vinst oavkortat går till Läkare Utan Gränser. Det bästa av båda världar, för en sak som är viktig. Prisa! Ni är varmt-varmt välkomna.
Hur får man bord?
Vi kommer att ha två sittningar under kvällen och ni anmäler sällskapet genom att följa länken som kommer publiceras i evenemanget när bokningen väl öppnar (ungefär 2 veckor innan). Skriv sedan in antalet personer och den tid ni önskar komma (av tillgänglighetsskäl tar vi inte emot sällskap större än 8 pers). Ni kan få frågan om att sitta en annan tid än den ni önskar, ifall det snabbt blir fullt. Eftersom kvällens syfte är att samla in pengar för det viktiga arbete som Läkare Utan Gränser gör så kommer vi ta en bokningsavgift på 25 kr per person.
Bokningen bekräftas preliminärt genom att ni får ett mail där vi specificerar sittningstiden och ber er swisha till vår officiella insamling, därefter svarar ni på mailet med en printscreen på er donation. Har ni KK-kort har ni möjlighet att avstå donationen för er själva + en medföljande, bifoga då bild på KK-kortet istället. En slutgiltig bekräftelse kommer sedan skickas ut! Nationskort krävs i dörren.

Wine Bar at ÖG - The French Trinity
What is happening to the world!!! Notre Dame has risen again and so has Wine Bar at ÖG. We want to serve everything that feels sacred to us: the French Trinity of Loire, Vouvray and Alsace. However, you will break bread other than baguette, as what makes Siri blessed are dumplings. Food from the non-country-specific area will be served: Asia.
Come to the room closest to us (the library) for an evening in the name of giving, as all profits go entirely to Doctors Without Borders. The best of both worlds, for a cause that is important. Praise! You are warmly welcome.
How do you get a table?
We will have two sittings during the evening and you register your party by following the link that will be published in the event once booking opens (approximately 2 weeks before). Then enter the number of people and the time you wish to come (for reasons of availability, we do not accept parties larger than 8 people). You may be asked to sit at a different time than you wish, if it fills up quickly. Since the purpose of the evening is to raise money for the important work that Doctors Without Borders does, we will charge a booking fee of 25 SEK per person.
The booking is provisionally confirmed by receiving an email where we specify the sitting time and ask you to swish to our official fundraiser, then you reply to the email with a printscreen of your donation. If you have a KK card, you have the option to waive the donation for yourself + an accompanying one, then attach a picture of the KK card instead. A final confirmation will then be sent out! National ID card is required at the door.
