The Chakra series includes 6 weekly classes that are designed to balance and align each of the body's energy centers, known as chakras. Chakra yoga classes use breathing, postures, and meditation to balance and awaken the body's energy centers, or chakras. The goal is to improve health and self-awareness, and to help the body's life force, or prana, flow freely. The classes will be taught alternately by Lisa Reehorst, ERYT 500, and Peg Whisler, RYT 500, both experienced and seasoned instructors.
10/2/24 – Muladahara Chakra – Root Chakra
10/9/24 – Svadhishthana Chakra – Sacral Chakra
10/18/24 – Manipura Chakra – Solar plexus Chakra
10/23/24 – Anahata Chakra – Heart Chakra
10/30/24 – Vishuddha Chakra – Throat Chakra
11/6/24 – Anja Chakra – Third eye Chakra
This series will be most effective and affordable to attend and purchase the series. However, you can also purchase individual classes. These classes are available in person or via Zoom.
These classes are designed for all levels of practice.
