Vilnius Spring Festival is a dynamic and ambitious event inviting Vilnius residents and visitors alike to discover unique artistic experiences on the right bank of the Neris River.
This year’s festival will spotlight music and performers from the Baltic region. For the first time in Lithuania, audiences will have the chance to hear the Baltic Percussion Trio, and enjoy a special program prepared exclusively for the festival by one of the Baltics’ finest chamber orchestras, Sinfonietta Riga, featuring violinist Daniil Bulayev. The program will also include the premiere of new works by renowned composer Algirdas Martinaitis, as well as a vibrant jazz performance by the St. Christopher Chamber Orchestra and the Dainius Pulauskas Trio.
The festival’s concerts take place on the right bank of the Neris River, at the National Gallery of Art, highlighting the cultural potential of Vilnius’ new city center. The festival draws the attention of both locals and tourists to this part of the city, reshaping traditional event, walking, and discovery spots, and expanding Vilnius’ cultural map not only for visitors, but also for its own residents.
