Village Visionaries *Kickoff* Workshop & Input Session

The Village of McFarland is revitalizing our vision and mission statements to better reflect the shared values of the McFarland community. The revised vision and mission statements will serve as the basis for the Village's future goals, strategic planning, and project work.
Village Visionaries is an initiative intended to invite each and every member of the McFarland community into a collective visioning process, a process through which each community member will have opportunities to connect with their core values, dream big, collaborate with neighbors, and offer input that will help shape our shared future.

Event Details:
- WHO: Members of the McFarland, Wisconsin community (all ages welcome)!
- WHAT: The FIRST of many Village Visionaries Workshop & Input Sessions to be held between January 14 and February 22, 2025! The session will include individual reflection prompts and collaborative, small-group exercises, as well as an opportunity to take our Village-wide survey. (BONUS: Since this is the *official kickoff* of the Village Visionaries initiative, celebratory refreshments will be served!)
- WHERE: The McFarland Municipal Center, located at 5915 Milwaukee Street, McFarland.
- WHEN: January 14, 2025 from noon to 1:30 p.m.
- WHY: Representing the shared values and vision of an entire community is no small feat! In order to accomplish this aim, we need to hear from as many community members as we possibly can!
