The Village of Barrington invites residents, businesses and organizations within the Village to sign up for materials to build and decorate a scarecrow for the Annual Scarecrow Decorating Competition!
Participants will receive:
1 Bale of Straw
1 Cornstalk
Twine & Burlap
IMPORTANT DATES:
Week of September 16
Business/Organization materials will be dropped off
Week of September 23
Resident materials will be dropped off
Friday, September 27
Scarecrow to be displayed & voting begins
Thursday, October 3 - Friday, November 1
Voting begins and ends
Thursday, November 7: Winners will be announced!
