Showcasing the acclaimed wines of the historic Tuscan estate – owned by the founders of Hand Picked Hotels, Guy and Julia Hands – this intimate dinner offers guests the chance to savour the rich character and heritage of one of Italy’s most storied vineyards.With origins dating back to 980 AD, the Villa Saletta winery has been lovingly restored by the Hands family, uniting centuries of winemaking tradition with a vision for modern excellence. Today, its award-winning wines capture the essence of the Tuscan landscape – elegant, expressive, and deeply rooted in the land’s history.
The evening begins with canapés and a flute of Bollinger La Grande Année 2015, followed by four exquisite courses paired with the estate’s Chianti Superiore, Saletta Riccardi, 980 AD, and the distinguished Saletta Giulia.
