About this Event
Join us for our Viking Dinner hosted by Tattered Flag's Head Brewer Justin Hoak and Master Distiller Dan Kulick . The dinner will feature a period specific menu (prepared by Tattered Flag's Executive Chef Shaun Fink) and Tattered Flag Beer/Spirits! We are limiting this event to 70 people, so order your tickets now! Standard tickets include food only (with the option to purchase beverages "a la carte"). Guests who come dressed in costume will receive a drink ticket on us!
VIP tickets include food, a paired beverage with each course, and a Viking themed gift from us!
Menu (subject to small changes based on product availability):
- First Course: Tomato Tartare
- Second Course: Wild Mushroom Consommé
- Third Course: Golden Beet & Goat Cheese Salad
- Fourth Course: Suckling Pig Roast with herb potatoes and braised carrots
- Dessert: Carmel Apple Tart and Black Walnut Ice Cream
