Vietnamese Pho with Wine

America’s newest popular soup is a delicious Vietnamese tradition. With rich homemade stock and just the right seasonings, you’ll learn how to recreate this dish at home. In addition, you’ll make other delightful tastes from asia to go with your soup. In this class you’ll make: Pho Broth, Bowl of Pho with Table Salad and Banana & Coconut Milk Sticky Rice Pudding. Wine will be paired with dinner to guests 21 and over. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be provided.

About The Location

This class will be held in Salt Lake City, at our new teaching kitchen located at 1484 South State Street. Included with your class are recipes, ingredients, and all the tools you will need. There is no minimum experience necessary. Closed-toe shoes are required. We will not serve anybody visually inebriated. If you have a drink before your event, we may not serve you liquor during the program. In extreme cases, you will be asked to leave and given a credit for a different class. Seats will sell out quickly!
