Hosted by Vietnamese veterans branches including the Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Rangers, and the Family of Vietnamese Red Berets (Airborne/Paratroopers). The Vietnamese Freedom Flag will be raised and displayed at City Hall for one week following the ceremony.
