Vietnamese Food any day a hands-on cooking class

Join us for a hands-on cooking class where we learn the simple and tasty healthful food that is Vietnamese.

We will learn the importance of herbs and rice to the Vietnamese cuisine,

we will practise making salad rolls,and our own dipping sauce nuoc cham.

Chef will show us a quick version of home made Roast Chicken noodle Soup

We will make lemongrass chicken, a rice noodle salad bowl and finally Bun Cha a grilled pork patty with lots of condiments.

This is a special class that you wont want to miss.

So join us in our new home at LaSalle College for a professional style individual hands on cooking class.

No seats can be held. Once booked all classes are final no refunds. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes.
