We’re taking tradition to the next level with a fiery twist on beer drinking — Bierstacheln!Join us as we debut the latest in our Lager Series: Vienna Lager — and experience it in a way few have before. From 5–8pm, our brew team will be on-site performing the time-honored German ritual of Bierstacheln, or “beer poking.”
What’s that, you ask?
A red-hot metal rod is dipped into your beer, caramelizing the natural sugars and creating a warm, toasty foam with a silky, dessert-like texture. The contrast between the cool beer and the creamy head makes for a flavor experience that’s both nostalgic and uniquely new.
Grab a pour of our freshly tapped Vienna Lager, step up to the poking station, and watch the transformation happen right before your eyes. Perfect for chilly evenings, great conversations by the fire, and anyone who loves discovering the craft and science behind great beer.
