2 teachers from the team will share their passion for acro with you. You can expect washing machines and flows, pops and hand to hand!
The workshops will be multi-level which means you can choose to work on skills you like and that fit your level.

Saturday:
14.00 - 16.30: Handstands and Hand to Hand
We will take you into the world of H2H, what are the important actions in the handstand, different ways in and out and of course how to spot!
16.30 - 17.00: break
17.00 - 19.30: Flows and Washing Machines
They are not dead!! Emily and Gabe have come up with many creative sequences over the years and they are always ecstatic to share the funky footwork:)
Sunday:
10.00 - 12.30: H2H pops
We have a bunch of interesting L-base pops with hand-to-hand and reverse h2h. If you already have a (semi) stable h2h and would like to add something more, this is the workshop for you. If you don’t have a h2h we will also simultaneously teach other pops or progressions to h2h
12.30 - 13:30: lunch break
13.30 - 16.00: Entires and Exits
You can spice up any simple flow with a unique entrance or exit, learn some new ways and we will get into the creative process aswell.

Emily and Gabe have taught together not exclusively but consistently for almost 10 years, they have an amazing eye for details, they overflow with passion and they will make you laugh:)
Emily Baxter cofounded PartnerAcrobatics.com and runs teacher trainings, intensives and workshops worldwide.
Born in Canada and nomadic for the last ten years, Emily happily travels, teaching, learning, laughing, playing. Alongside acro Emily teaches anatomy and works with corrective exercises and functional movement. Emily has always had a passion for movement and body awareness. This coupled with her strong background in anatomy manifests in her teachings as clear, precise, thoughtful instruction.
She is known for her never-ending energy and contagious enthusiasm.
Gabriel Schüers (founder of barefootyoga.me& ishinephotography.me)is an Acrobatics & Yoga instructor, as well as Massage Therapist with more than 15years of experience. Originally from Austria, Gabe loves to spend his time traveling, learning about other cultures and eating foreign food. With a heart full of humor and arms so long he once managed to hug 5 people at once, he facilitatesa wide varietyof trainings in Europe. Gabe is well known for his unique and precise way of teaching. His passion for bodywork gives him the opportunity to welcome and embrace people from all walks of life and encourage them to find freedom through movement and touch.

We offer multi-level classes and therefore you can join with little to a lot of experience. We will challenge you on your level!
Some basic experience with acro is required, shoulder stands and star should be part of your practice, get in touch if you have any doubts!
