PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
Tickets for this meeting must be purchased NO LATER THAN 10:00 AM on MONDAY, JANUARY 13. Note that we no longer accept phone-in reservations or pay-at-the-door. You must purchase your ticket online, in advance.
If you are purchasing a ticket for a guest, you MUST complete the fields with the guest's name and affiliation. Your name must appear in the field as the hosting member.
IMPORTANT: Ticket prices include Eventbrite's fees and credit card processing fees. There are no refunds, so be sure to confirm that your guests will attend before purchasing their tickets.
You will receive a PDF ticket once you complete the checkout process. Bring the ticket with you for admittance. You may email your guests' tickets to them. Discounted parking vouchers for the Union League garage located on the 1400 block of Sansom Street will be available when you check in at the meeting. If you do not receive a ticket by email within a few minutes of completing your purchase, you may have failed to complete the signup process. In that case, call or email me for help. If you don't get a ticket you are not signed up.
NOTE THAT MEETINGS BEGIN AT 11:30 AM IN ORDER TO ALLOW TIME FOR CASE PRESENTATIONS. PLEASE BE PROMPT.
DO NOT RSVP by calling the Vidocq Society office. You must sign up ONLINE by 10:00 am on MONDAY 1/13/2025 as we have to notify the Union League of the number of persons attending.

ALSO NOTE: Beginning with this January 2025 meeting, ticket prices for both members and guests have increased by $5.00 as a result of an increase by the Union League in the cost of both room rental and food.
