Welcome to the Videoland Film Collective: a queer film series at the Historic Masonic Temple, and a celebration of physical media and film itself! Join us at 5:30pm with your VHS tapes, DVDs, Laserdiscs, and other physical media in tow, and swap with other likeminded movie heads! Then join us at 6:30 for our feature presentation.This month's selection is the 1995 cult comedy classic, To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar. Wesley Snipes, Patrick Swayze, and John Leguizamo are drag queens on a road trip from New York to California, who find themselves stranded in a small town. Hijinks ensue! Rated .PG-13
Concessions will be available for purchase. Tickets are $5 to see the film (but the movie swap is free to enter).
Film will be shown with captions on for our Deaf and hard-of-hearing audience.
Please note that due to stairs leading to the entrance, as well as to the restrooms, the HMT may not be accessible for all.
