Kirk stands at the intersection of creativity and technology, seamlessly integrating music, education, and esports into enriching community initiatives. With a decade of teaching experience across primary, secondary, and higher education, he is adept at guiding both children and adults in honing their creative musical skills. His leadership in leading 6 choirs for the UK's largest contemporary choir company and conducting musical theatre workshops at the University of Warwick highlights his dynamic approach to education. As Programme Manager at the University of Warwick, Kirk develops educational programmes that bridge creative technology and esports, directly benefiting local communities and schools. At the academy, he will share his vast expertise in audio, video, and podcast production, leveraging his extensive background to foster interest and skills in these vibrant fields.
Emilia Moniszko
For over a decade, Emilia has been on a mission to reshape the digital landscape through immersive and accessible content. At Blunt & Brave, she has worked with over 50 UK-based small and large businesses, merging immersive content with strategic insights to captivate their audiences. She taught the Social Innovation on the MA in Arts, Enterprise and Development at the University of Warwick's Centre for Cultural and Media Policy Studies, mentoring students in event marketing and digital storytelling for social and cultural impact. Beyond higher education, Emilia has developed summer art school camps and worked at Minority Group Support Services at Coventry City Council aiding communities and students from primary to post-16 levels across Coventry. As a Digital Communications Executive at Warwick, she produced engaging video campaigns and podcasts, broadening the university's reach and fostering connections with students and stakeholders. Emilia empowers entrepreneurs, students, and youth with essential skills in brand strategy and content creation through tailored programmes and talks. At the academy, she will leverage her extensive expertise to lead video production and augmented reality workshops.
