Celebrate the spirit of the season with one last promenade at the Victorian Picnic this coming All-Saints Weekend. Reserve your choice of picnic spots to compete in the 'Picnic Arrangement' Contest. Awards will also be given out for attire.Victorian attire is encouraged, but time travelers are always welcome.
