Unleash your sentimental side and learn about the Victorian language of flowers - when in the Victorian era, flowers were used to send silent messages. Together with artist Jessica of Knask Designs you'll use her custom laser cut engraved flowers and a glass mason jar with filler to create a custom bouquet! You'll choose up to 7 flowers to paint, stain, and "pot" into this gorgeous piece of art. These flowers will represent different traits/characteristics. For example, an iris can represent wisdom, lupine can mean imagination, etc. This bouquet will represent yourself - or someone on your gift list - and the backs of the flowers can be used as basically a journal or mood board to create reminders of how to incorporate these traits into your daily life. You'll have the option to add on a laser cut wood version of a jar for an additional $30 that night if you'd like (see photo in comments).
This workshop is Fri, May 3 6pm at the Unglued Craftatorium at Brewhalla - 1702 1st Ave N, Fargo, ND 58102 (attached to Drekker Brewing - you'll find this workshop room on Brewhalla's 2nd floor!). Ages middle school to adult. Each attendee must be a ticket holder.
Your registration includes: supplies and instruction to create up to 7 flowers to pot in a jar with the option to do a laser cut wood wall art "jar" for $30 instead that night (photo in comments).

Refund policy: We know plans can change! If you need to change plans please email us at [email protected] at least 72 hours prior to workshop start to receive a full refund. After that we don't give refunds as supplies are already purchased unless if we are able to utilize a wait list based on demand, but you can transfer it to another person!
Please note a minimum of 8 participants is required so if we don't reach that by 24 hours prior to the event you will be notified by email and refunded.
