Take a walk back in history visiting Victorian crime scenes around the Seaside Resort of New Brighton, hosted by our knowledgeable Historian & Author.
Immerse yourself in the curious world of 19th century murders, robberies, crimes and more. Hear about New Brighton’s own Bloody Murders in 1890 and Tales from the days of Smugglers. The tour is an entertaining walk, telling and showing some interesting and strange facts about the Seaside Resort’s little known past.
The walk is a gentle stroll, appropriate clothing is recommended depending on weather. Tours start and finish at The Napoleonic Fort Perch Rock and typically last 1 and half hours.
The Fort has a Licensed Bar with Italian Pizzas available through the afternoon and evening with Live Entertainment or a more relaxing setting in the Courtyard where you can wine and dine for the rest of your evening.
