Hi,We will be holding our AGM on Saturday 15th February 2025 at 9:30am at the Riding Club.
One of the main functions of the AGM is to elect a committee for our 2025 membership year and invite members feedback for the year ahead. Financial members from the 2024 membership year, and those that have already joined for 2025 are eligible to nominate and vote for committee members.
We strongly encourage people to nominate to join the committee, either as office bearers or general committee as we are seeking people across the committee. If you are willing to stand for a position or general committee member, but are not able to attend, please let me know as someone can nominate you in absentia.
At the AGM, all positions will be declared vacant, and we will nominate and vote for a new committee for 2025.
Please also know this is a great time as a member to give feedback about the club so we encourage members to join us at the AGM.
