Allison is back in the kitchen for this wine dinner. After tasting wines from the Vice Winery out of Napa Valley she was inspired to create this menu to pair with their delicious wines. The 5 courses will all be paired with wine that compliments the dish. Price includes gratuity.

Pan seared cod with chive butter sauce paired with Chardonnay
Fried pork cutlet with black cherry and thyme coulis paired with Pinot Noir
Tenderloin steak tips with peppercorn sauce, roasted broccoli and spiraled fries paired with Cabernet Sauvignon
Dried fruit and nut with dark chocolate paired with Malbec
