Vic has been a member of the folk club since the late 70's. Started singing ballads- still does! Joined "Lost in the Bush" band as singer /dance caller for some years until the band disbanded and some survivors formed "Shiner". Vic wrote some of the songs, called dances and sang. Shiner's second cd release, "Sweet Maturity" featured all songs written by Vic. When Shiner disbanded, Vic sang on, recording a cd, "Folksinger" at Greendale, thanks to Barrie Clubb. It achieved moderate success and Vic guested at Whitestone and Tui festivals. Though Vic has wide interests in the folk world, this concert will feature all his own material.$10 public | $5 members | cash bar | eftpos available
