The nominee(s) must:
- be living persons residing in Tay Township.
- not have received payment for their volunteer work
- be active beyond simple membership in an organization
- not have performed the services as part of their regular business or professional duties
- have volunteered during 2023/2024
A youth nominee must:
- be 18 years old or under
- have volunteered during 2023/2024
Awards will be announced and presented at the Opening Ceremony.
