She blends breath-work, meditation and sound healing, to help you release blockages, realign with your true self, and create lasting positive change. Whether you're seeking deep relaxation, emotional healing, or a complete life transformation, Natalie's personalized approach supports you in unlocking your highest potential and living a more balanced, fulfilling life. Natalie is an E-RYT 500 Hatha teacher, Kundalini teacher and a Certified Sound Practitioner. She is also a continuing education provider with Yoga Alliance.
