Cacao Ceremony ❤️
Cacao has been revered for centuries for its cardiovascular benefits, helping to expand the heart and enhance blood flow. On an energetic level, it opens the heart chakra, facilitating deep emotional healing and connection. As we mindfully sip ceremonial grade cacao together, we will energetically clear blockages, release negative self-talk, and let go of self-limiting habits to create space for love, joy, and harmony to flow freely.
Sacred Sharing Circle & Somatic Movement 💃
Next, we’ll gather in a gentle sharing circle to connect. In this sacred space, we’ll share our intentions and express our hearts. From there, we’ll move into guided somatic dance, allowing your body to awaken to the rhythm of love and let energy flow organically.
Sound Bath 🎶
To close, we’ll drift into a restorative sound bath. The healing vibrations of sound will deepen your connection to yourself and the sacred feminine energy within, allowing you to relax into your heart.
