Vibrational Sound Meditation - Autumn Equinox

We will begin the sound journey with a meditation focusing on clearing the mind and centering our bodies. Sound practitioner Jeremy Reeves will guide you through a relaxing meditation, soothing your mind, body, and spirit with brass and crystal singing bowls, gongs, and a variety of other meditative instruments.

Please bring a yoga mat and/or a blanket and a bottle of water. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any additional questions.

Please arrive a few minutes early so you can stand in the big bowl and settle into your space.
