Sound Practitioner, Jeremy Reeves, will guide you through a relaxing meditation while he soothes your mind, body, and spirit with brass and crystal singing bowls, gongs, and a variety of other meditative instruments.
The Training Spot is nestled in the middle of Genesse in Golden with breathtaking views of the Denver valley. This is a perfect location to rewind and rejuvenate to the relaxing rhythms.
