A Sound Bath is a Guided Meditation using varieties of sacred tones & instruments which resonate with the bodie's energy systems & work with brainwaves. Certain tones using hertz can help you allow access to deeper states of relaxation & healing, if your soul wills it.🙏💙 Sound Healing has been used for 1000's of years by the Egyptians, Tibetans, & have even been discovered as far back as the Predynastic Period!
