This is an in-person event so spots are limited.
SoundRx's Vibrational Detox Soundbath is a 60-minute in-person session to get you relaxed and detoxed at a cellular level.
Avi will guide you through a 10-minute meditation and gently float you into a soundbath to help let go of any lingering old thoughts or stresses. Dive deep on a cellular level to be totally revived from the inside out. Replenish yourself with healing frequencies to realign your subconscious mind.

Crystal sound bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, and gong will all be played to help pull old toxins out of your body emotionally, mentally, and physically. The sounds and frequencies produced from these will aide in processing whatever comes out.
<h4>What to Expect</h4>
- A 15-minute guided meditation followed by a short guided breathing exercise and soundbath with crystal singing bowls and gentle gong playing
- Yoga mat
- Pillow and blanket (optional)
