Vibrational Breathwork is a unique fusion of conscious connected breath (also known as circular breathing), sound healing, shamanic practices, and bodywork/gentle touch. It's a modality I’ve developed to weave together all of my practices into one powerful, transformative experience. But it’s more than just a technique, it’s a deeply immersive journey.
Each session uses breath, vibration, and intentional touch to support the balance of body, mind, and spirit. No two sessions are the same. Whatever needs to rise is welcomed and released. It’s a space where deep healing, insight, and transformation can unfold naturally.
What is Conscious Connected Breathing?
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a type of breathing technique where you breathe in a continuous, rhythmic way without pausing between the inhale and exhale. The breath is deep, full, and often done through the mouth (though some styles use the nose)

The idea is to connect your inhale directly to your exhale, forming a steady loop of breath,almost like a wave, while staying fully aware (conscious) of the process. It is a powerful tool for deep emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and inner transformation, using nothing but your breath.
What you can expect or what you could feel:
People often feel gentle physical sensations like warmth, tingling, or lightness as the body begins to soften and open. Emotions may rise and release, sometimes subtly, like small waves creating space for calm, clarity, or relief. Many experience a quieter mind, a sense of inner spaciousness, and moments of insight. Overall, the practice can feel not, cleansing, and deeply restorative, allowing the body and heart to unwind at their own pace. Every session is unique. There‘s no right or wrong experience!
