Vibrant Within
A Self-Love & Compassion Workshop with Vibrant Coaching
So many of us find it far easier to offer love, care, and understanding to others than to ourselves. This 90-minute workshop is a gentle invitation to explore what self-love and compassion truly mean — beyond bubble baths and to-do lists — and how cultivating them can deeply support our mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
Led by Lindsay Masvaleix, local life coach and Stress, Illness & Chronic Pain Coach, this nurturing session blends reflection, shared discussion, and practical tools to help soften self-criticism, reconnect with the body, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Together, we will:
- Explore why self-care can feel challenging or even uncomfortable
- Reframe self-care as a vital foundation for resilience, healing, and vitality
- Experience simple, accessible practices to support the nervous system
- Learn how compassion can positively influence stress, pain, and overall wellbeing
The workshop will include gentle breathing practices and practical exercises, and will close with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra session — allowing space to rest, integrate, and reconnect with the vibrant part of yourself that already exists within.
Please bring a yoga mat, a small pillow or cushion for your head, and perhaps some water to hand.
This space is welcoming, inclusive, and suitable for everyone — particularly those living with stress, chronic pain, illness, or simply feeling stretched thin. No prior experience is needed.
