Authentic Relating (AR) is the practice of freely expressing your true experience in the company of others.Authentic Relating practices create a safe, intentional space - rooted in play and supported by clear boundaries - to create meaningful and enjoyable connections to self and other. By learning Authentic Relating skills, you can drop your conditioned relational habits, and learn to relate with yourself and others from a deeper more authentic expression of your truth.
Expressing in this way enables you to create connections in the world based on who you really are.
This allows us to be more human with one another, in ways that often fall by the wayside in today's social norms.
The result is a life full of fulfilling and meaningful relationships.
We will be incorporating the element of WATER for the month of May to help us tap into the fluidity of life and all the watery emotions that can come with it. Each week we will have a different set of games that allow us to lean into our edges.

Come as you are but ideally comfortably dressed. Bring a meditation/sitting pillow to make yourself comfortable while we sit and connect. We will have some just in case you decide to come last minute.

About the Facilitators:
Mika Hollis is dedicated to learning the uniqueness of the individual healing journey. She is enthusiastic about awakening our true nature through communication, movement, holistic wellness, sacred sexuality, and ceremony to build healthy, conscious relationships with ourselves and each other. She leads various workshops and events in Dallas and surrounding cities, encouraging co-creation and larger community growth. She weaves understanding and compassion with enthusiasm and creative curiosity to help encourage our human unfolding.
As a Reiki Master, Alexander Coronado is raising the vibrations of his environment by curating sound healing experiences for beings to receive, explore and navigate their inner landscapes. Training horses has given him levels of observation and presence that help him hold space for anyone in any experience that is being had. His work as an End of Life Doula is an extension of his life experiences focused on bringing presence to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those who are contemplating life & death and everything that comes with the experience.
