Authentic Relating (AR) is the practice of freely expressing your true experience in the company of others. We start and end in a circle together, and we play a variety of connection games that range from verbal, nonverbal, movement, touch, and sound. We set agreements so that we have clear ideas of how to connect in the space and we teach radical presence and agency.(AR) practices create a brave, intentional space - rooted in play and supported by clear boundaries - to create meaningful and enjoyable connections to self and other. By learning Authentic Relating skills, you can drop your conditioned relational habits, and learn to relate with yourself and others from a deeper more authentic expression of your truth.
Expressing in this way enables you to create connections in the world based on who you really are.
This allows us to be more human with one another, in ways that often fall by the wayside in today's social norms.
The result is a life full of fulfilling and meaningful relationships.
- There are 12 zodiac signs, and each sign has its own strengths and weaknesses, its own specific traits, desires and attitude towards life and people. Astrology can give us a glimpse of a person's basic characteristics, preferences, flaws and fears. We will be exploring these traits with AR Games and see what comes up in the experience.

Come as you are but ideally comfortably dressed. Bring a meditation/sitting pillow if you wish, but we will have some cushions to sit comfortably on the ground and chairs if needed.

As a Reiki Master, Alexander Coronado creates empowering sound healing journeys that guide individuals to unlock, explore, and harmonize their inner potential, fostering transformative growth and self-discovery. His experience with horses has refined his ability to remain present and aware, creating a supportive environment for all. As an End of Life Doula, Alexander brings presence to those contemplating life, death, and the journey in between, providing tender care for their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
