Drop into the restful vibrations of quartz crystal bowls where the body and mind begin to synchronize with the frequencies of the sounds, activating relaxation in the nervous system and a deep state of rejuvenation.
Starting off with restorative yoga, feel secure and fully supported in each posture with the use of props. Next be guided into an extended Yoga Nidra, where you guide your attention to specific parts of the body for healing. We'll end in Savasana, a yogi's sleep to leave you floating, restored, and renewed.
Immerse yourself in soothing sounds and supported postures that nourish the mind and body, allowing space for you to reconnect within.
