Vibe & Thrive

This inspiring free event will take place on November 20th at Shak’s World in Barrie and feature well-known Black mentors from the music TV and sports worlds. We aim to empower local Black youth by offering them real-life insights mentorship and encouragement to help them make positive decisions for their futures. Our speakers include ex-boxer & podcaster Spider Jones MuchMusic VJ Michael Williams music producer Rasta Phil Black youth mentor and spokesperson Isan Jupiter and rapper Richie Peart.  

We will provide all attending youth with swag bags cultural food and prizes to enhance their experience and leave a lasting impression.
