Vibe & Flow Yoga for Kids 8-15

Come join us at Higher Ground Yoga for a fun and energizing yoga session tailored specifically for kids aged 8-15! Our experienced instructors will guide your child through a series of poses and flows that promote flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. This in-person event is a great way for kids to unwind, de-stress, and connect with their bodies in a positive way.

We will meet every Saturday for 9-weeks from January 12 through March 9, 2025.
