About this Event
Unlock your creative potential through art, writing, and mindfulness! Boost confidence, make friends, and empower your mind in this four-part series. Recommended for teens and young adults.
Each session will begin with a presentation on stress management, meditative techniques, anxiety reduction, and other general stress management strategies. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in interactive discussions about their experiences and challenges related to stress and anxiety. In addition, resources and self-help interventions will be shared to support participants in their journey towards improved well-being and mental health.
