Matt Soule and Sonic Ascent present ViBE, a vibrational breathing experience taking you to the psychedelic. With your mind centered and your body primed, Matt will lead the group with his curated breathing protocols. Starting with instructions and practice exercises, he’ll take the group to a state of producing endogenous DMT.
