Students in Kindergarten through 12th grade are invited to join us at VFW Post 584 to create patriotic inspired art to enter into our annual Illustrating America and Patriotic Art contests. Art Supplies, contest entry forms, and snacks will be provided for all artists! All entries into the Illustrating America and Patriotic Art contests become eligible for cash and prizes on a local, state, and national level. This is a FREE event on Saturday March 21 starting at 10:00 am and ending at noon. Children are welcome to stop by anytime during those hours.

Please fill out this form for EACH child that would like to attend the VFW Post 584 Auxiliary Patriotic Art Day so we make sure we have enough supplies and snacks for all those attending. In addition, all entries must be accompanied by an application signed by a parent or guardian. While these applications are available at the event, if someone else is bringing your child, please print and sign the application prior to your child attending.

The event will be held at VFW Post 584 in Albany, Oregon and is sponsored by VFW Post 584 Auxiliary.
Donations to the Auxiliary will be accepted and used to continue our free community youth events.

Please Note: Photos will be taken during this event. These photos may be shared on social media to help promote the VFW Post 584 Auxiliary Youth Activities program, shared in the Auxiliary newsletter, as well as archived in a scrapbook for the Auxiliary's historian program. Names of children will not be included with the photos.
