The last Saturday of every month, we invite the Redlands community to come down to the Stomping Ground for our End-of-Month Charity Session! This session will be a teams based workout. This February, we’re proud to support Small Steps 4 Hannah Foundation as our Charity of the Month.
Small Steps 4 Hannah exists to halt the cycle of domestic and family violence, helping ensure everyone feels respected, informed, confident to act, and safe. The foundation provides vital grants to organisations supporting victims of domestic and family violence, making a real difference where it’s needed most.
This session is open to everyone, so bring a friend (or two!) and be part of something special.
If you haven’t trained with us before, please complete our pre-exercise questionnaire prior to attending.
On the day, simply bring along a gold coin donation, with all proceeds going directly to Small Steps 4 Hannah.
