Join us at Tyler State Park on Sept. 6 for our first annual Veteran Suicide Awareness Hike.Meet at the North Woods Pavilion at 8 a.m. to complete either a 1.5-mile hike (C loop) or complete the more challenging hike of 4.6 miles (C and B loop) with our Veteran park rangers. Rucking is optional.
After the hike, stay for refreshments, local Veterans assistance organizations, and access to our fishing gear to take the family out on the pier.
Bring sunscreen, a good pair of shoes, and plenty of water for the hike. Entry fee is waived for this event.
