Join Community Hospice & Health Services Foundation for their annual Veterans Pavilion Celebration on Monday, November 11, 2024, at 11:11 A.M.This special event provides the opportunity to honor those who have served our country and providing community members with an opportunity to remember and grieve their loved ones. We will lower the flag that has been flying the past year in honor of Jordan James Herr and raise a new flag in honor of a selected veteran. Reception to follow.
