Veterans Day Steak Dinner - Tunnel to Towers

This is the agenda and list of duties.

3pm- early shift

• need 2-3 people
• prepare salad
• warm mashed potatoes
• account for all items needed

5pm- plating team

• need 3-4 more people
• start plating meals
• steak/ salad/potatoes

530pm and later - serve team

• bring meals to our guests
• offer drinks
• offer dessert
• clean up as necessary
• give pep talk/ motivation speakers
• play cards/ chat with guests

530- Need 1 person to pray over the meal and give a nice loud HOOOORAH to begin the meal.

7-8pm - kitchen clean up

• help clean kitchen
• make a plan for any leftovers
