On behalf of the West Springfield Mayor’s Office and the Department of Veterans’ Services we cordially invite you and your (organization/business/association) to participate in this year’s Veterans Day Parade. This year the parade will be held on Monday, November 11th. The parade assembly begins at 9:00 a.m. in the parking lot of the St. Thomas School West Springfield. Parking is in the rear of the church accessible from Westfield Street. The parade will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m.. The parade route is approximately 2 miles long, beginning at St. Thomas School and ending at the West Springfield Town Hall on Central Street. See the attached map for the muster location. Following the parade we invite you to attend our ceremony at the West Springfield Town Hall starting at approximately 11:00 am.

The parade will be canceled only in the event of severe inclement weather. Local officials will determine if the parade will be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. We do ask all parade participants to dress accordingly. It is very important that you enter all contact information when sign up to participate to allow us to get in touch with you or your organization.
