Our annual Veterans Day Ceremony will be held Tuesday, Nov. 11, at 11 a.m. at the Sterling Heights Senior Center, 40200 Utica Road. We invite all veterans and their families and friends, as well as all community members, to pay tribute to veterans and honor the sacrifices they made. This year’s keynote speaker will be Army veteran and Sterling Heights Police Department Sergeant Jassin Hakim. The ceremony is free to attend. No registration required!
This Veterans Day, we’re honored to partner with Heat for Heroes, a nonprofit that provides critical HVAC services to veterans, firefighters and police officers. We will be collecting voluntary donations to support local veterans in need.
