The goal of the NVMM’s Veteran Employee Resource Group (VERG) Summit is to inspire organizations across the country to embrace Veterans in their diverse workforce and create a culture that provides Veterans and civilians opportunities to succeed together.The VERG Summit bridges the gap between Veteran and civilian workforces. Panel discussions will provide insight into the valuable skills and leadership qualities honed through military service, showcasing how these strengths translate into tangible benefits for businesses. This one-day event will equip attendees with practical strategies for creating a welcoming environment that attracts, retains, and empowers Veteran employees.
