By purchasing space you confirm that you have read the following, - agree to, and will comply with, all rules and regulations as stated below.
VENDORS TABLES ARE:
All tables are $450 each for approx 6x6 space and 2 Vendor badges.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY TABLES/SPACES

Vendors will receive two vendor badges per table purchased. Any extra badges are available at a discounted rate indicated on the add-ons.
Discounted Advertising Opportunities:
In addition to table opportunities, vendors can purchase discounted advertising with the purchase of their vendor table. This is a joint-purchase discount – advertising discounts are invalid if purchased on their own.
Companies are responsible for sending Vampire Weekend all content for advertising and proper sponsorship logos/images in a timely fashion that coincides with Vampire Weekend deadlines and advertising requirements.
WHEREAS, Vampire Weekend is in the business of providing an entertainment gathering catering to Vampire Weekend customers of printed and web matter, namely covering movies, merchandise, books, video games, and collectibles dealing with monsters, ghosts, aliens, and other fictional creatures.
WHEREAS, the parties desire to establish an arrangement under which Ve’s Vampire Weekend provides exhibitor space by terms outlined in this Agreement.
IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows:
1. Scope of Services
A. All vendor/exhibitor table(s)/space must be always manned during show hours set forth above.
B. All vendor/exhibitor table(s)/space agree to maintain the booth until end-of-show (Sunday; 5 pm). A penalty of $50 per table may be applied to future table sales for early breakdowns.
C. Vampire Weekend cannot give access to Wi-Fi and Electricity, though it is available for vendor purchasing through the hosting hotel. This is not provided for free, pricing may vary at each hotel.
D. If any vendor/exhibitor has special requirements, including but not limited to large display racks, easels, stand-ups, etc. A Nightmare Events representative must approve at the time the tables/space is booked.
E. Vendors may not hang large banners in any areas of the convention except within their vendor area, with proper consideration given to hotel property.
2. Warranties
A. All vendors/exhibitors agree to hold blameless Vampire Weekend and all Vampire Weekend staff members, workers; and Hotel entities, employees, and agents, against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims, or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss or theft due to said vendors/exhibitors’ participation in the Vampire Weekend event.
B. In addition, all vendors/exhibitors acknowledge that Vampire Weekend and all Vampire Weekend staff members, workers; and Marriott entities, employees, and agents, will NOT provide or maintain insurance coverage for vendors/exhibitor's persons or property, and it is their sole responsibility to obtain insurance covering such loss.
C. Vampire Weekend in no way endorses any vendors/exhibitor's merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions. All vendors/ exhibitors are deemed to be their business/entity and in no way reflect the views, beliefs, intentions, and/or direction of Vampire Weekend Vendors/exhibitors do not represent Vampire Weekend in any way.
D. All merchandise bought or sold at Vampire Weekend is done strictly between vendors/exhibitors and attendees/ buyers, - Vampire Weekend is not a party to or responsible in any way for any transactions made between said parties. All vendors acknowledge that Ve’s Vampire Weekend, its employees, workers, and volunteers; and hotel employees and agents will not provide or maintain insurance coverage for vendors persons or property and it is their sole responsibility to obtain insurance covering such loss. Any damage or injury to persons or property caused by any vendor or their workers, employees, or volunteers will be the sole liability of the vendor. Ve’s Vampire Weekend will not be held responsible in any way.
E. No bootleg (DVDs), weapons (lethal or non-lethal), pornographic, illegal, stolen or copyright infringed merchandise is allowed. The vendor agrees to hold Vampire Weekend and its members harmless for such items that violate this agreement. Violation of this may result in the vendor being asked to leave and there will be no refunds for vendor space purchase. Vampire Weekend reserves the right to decide what is appropriate/inappropriate material.
F. Each vendor is responsible for all Federal, State, and Local taxes required by law to be owed based on your dealings during the convention.
G. No vendor/exhibitor table(s)/space location is guaranteed. It is the sole discretion of Vampire Weekend Staff the location for each vendor/exhibitor table(s)/space.
All tables are 6ft long. Space is roughly 6x6 Please note: The table will not be reserved until payment is complete. Any government shutdowns or restrictions will be followed. All tables will be filled with future shows. No refunds.
PLEASE NOTE:
By purchasing tables you agree to all of the above and it will be known as the contract for your space and time.
