A full day of education, hands on experiences and learning from the best in the Fitness and Sports Performance space.
The day will consist of Seminar Sessions backed with a workout supporting the solution driven content. From Sports Performance training, Fitness training, Facility Solutions and Creating a Successful Business. The day will include lunch, beverages and conclude with a social event.
