The series aims to foster community connections, promote a healthy lifestyle, and provide an inclusive space for all participants. We encourage anyone interested to attend. Let us know if you want to teach a fitness or food-related session.

About the Organizer
Serve Sacramento is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with a mission s to increase social connectedness in Sacramento through public awareness and community events so that all our neighbors experience greater well-being. We do this through public awareness campaigns and community connection events. We invite you to join our membership or stop by one of our events.
