The Vertical Foundation is a total body conditioning philosophy combining Pilates, Aerial, & Pole. The Vertical Foundation repertoire emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core stability, mobility, and awareness to develop efficient, graceful movement with the 50+ functional exercises.
