EVENT DETAILS
You learned how to fly in HEAD UP (sit fly) or HEAD DOWN orientation and now want to get better in a group environment? You need to transfer what you learned in the wind tunnel to the sky? You are not 100% solid on exits, approach, how vertical formations work and break off procedures? Do you want to get ready for bigger formations and records?
This is the skill camp that will help you to reach the next level in a safe learning environment!
We are planning to have 3 different groups (please check the schedule to know what days are available for the different skill levels):
- INTRO TO FREEFLY GROUP: Basic sit fly work (4 participants + LO) – Fri and Sat
- INTERMEDIATE FREEFLY: Advanced sit fly work (5 participants + LO) – Sat and Sun
- ADVANCED FREEFLY: Head Down and Head Up work (5 participants + LO) – Fri and Sun
The idea is to have a group of 4 or 5 people + Coach doing a minimum 5 or 6 jumps per day (depending on weather) to practice in the sky. Every jump will have a detailed video debrief.
We will start with a briefing reviewing the basics of vertical formations (exits, body positions, slot flying, group dynamic and safe break off). We will set the groups and we will start jumping. The groups will stay the same during the weekend and the organizers will rotate to give to the participants different style and coaching approach.
On Saturday Night, after jumping, we will make a nice barbecue to the day sharing a good drink and watching some videos of the weekend after sunset.
Consider 3 days of a lot of learning and a lot of FREEFLY FUN with The Power, The Style and The Mooooooves!!!
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS to participate:
- INTRO TO FREEFLY GROUP: At least 200 jumps, able to sit fly safely in a small group, good tracking control and have AAD and audible altimeter. Wind tunnel time is a plus.
- INTERMEDIATE FREEFLY: at least 300 jumps, able to sit fly on level and in control (ideal to be able to make docks) in a group of 6, great tracking control and have AAD and audible altimeter. Wind tunnel time is a plus.
- ADVANCED FREEFLY: at least 500 jumps, able to fly head down on level and in control (ideal to be able to make docks), capable of doing a safe freefly break off for head down or head up. and have AAD and audible altimeter. Wind tunnel experience is ideal.

PAYMENT OPTION 2 – CASH: You can pay with cash directly to Shaggio Rodriguez. You will need to pay the registration fee before the event weekend to secure your spot.
